A new survey reveals shifting attitudes around dating and finances, especially among Gen Z and Millennials. While 42% of Baby Boomers and 45% of Gen X believe the man should pay, only 36% of Gen Z share this view. Younger generations are more likely to say the date planner or both parties should split the bill. Half of Gen Z and Millennials find financial openness attractive, compared to just 37% of Gen X and 23% of Boomers. Over a third of Gen Z even feel pressure to spend heavily on dates, and 19% have ghosted someone due to poor finances. Despite the anxiety, 31% believe financial talks should happen early, while 34% wait until a committed relationship. (Story URL)
