Ariana Grande has announced Petal, her eighth studio album, with a release date set for July 31.
The project was confirmed through Grande’s official channels, where she described the album as something full of life and growing through difficult conditions. The title points to themes of resilience, renewal, and personal growth.
Petal follows Eternal Sunshine, released in 2024, and arrives during a busy period for Grande. She is preparing for the Eternal Sunshine Tour, her first tour since 2019, while also continuing her acting work after Wicked.
The album is co-written and executive produced by Grande and longtime collaborator Ilya Salmanzadeh. Pre-orders have opened in several formats, including vinyl, CD, cassette, and digital editions.
No lead single or full tracklist has been released yet. For now, Petal marks the next chapter in Grande’s return to pop music after several years balancing music, film, and theater.
